1. Lesson Bookings & Scheduling

All riding lessons and equine sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking platform or directly with management. Confirmation of bookings is subject to instructor availability and horse workload capacities.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling request. Cancellations made under 24 hours or non-attendance (no-shows) will result in full forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Safety & Rider Conduct

Rider safety is our highest priority. All riders must wear approved equestrian safety helmets and suitable riding footwear (heeled boots) while mounted or handling horses. Instructors reserve the right to suspend any session if a participant displays unsafe behavior.

4. Indemnity & Liability Waiver

Horse riding is inherently a high-risk sport. While Rainbow Ridge takes all necessary precautions, clients acknowledge the risks involved in equine activities. A signed indemnity form is mandatory prior to taking part in any riding activity.

All online forms and submissions are stored securely. We maintain strict digital administrative protocols to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your information.
